Realistic Economic Activities

Topic:

As part of the UAE's commitment as a member of the comprehensive OECD framework, the UAE issued the de facto economic activities regulations, and MoF is following up on the implementation of all requirements in cooperation with the relevant authorities in the country.

Objective:

This consultation aims to take the public’s views on the awareness mechanisms – which are used to inform the target business sectors of the requirements that they must present within a specific time frame.

Digital decision-making:

MoF has analysed all the opinions and suggestions submitted by partners and business sectors to benefit from them in enhancing their development measures.

Outcome

The ministry launched a digital platform that helps business sectors submit their decisions in accordance with the international requirements.
