Supplier services and concessions provided to SMEs' and entrepreneurs

Topic:

MoF provides registration and renewal services in the Federal Supplier Register for all companies within the business sector in the UAE, and enables them to contract and provide their services to all federal entities – through access to business opportunities. Special advantages are also allocated to SME owners because of their vital role in advancing the national economy.

Objective:

This consultation aims to identify the obstacles and challenges facing entrepreneurs, especially SME owners, to ensure that they benefit from business opportunities with federal entities.

Digital decision-making:

Based on the observations and suggestions of the public, and as part of MoF's endeavor to provide services that contribute to advancing sustainable development and enabling companies to provide their services to all federal entities,

Outcome

 MoF offered a 50% reduction on registration fees in the Federal Supplier Register and a free renewal. Additionally, MOF allocated 10% of federal government purchases to Emirati-owned SMEs.
