A brief summary of the project
The General Authority of Sports has organized the office sports initiative by publishing an educational video showing a number of exercises that employees can do during work hours in the office. This initiative aims to preserve employees’ safety and physical fitness and raise the level of their job performance.

-Raising employees’ level of physical activity
-Promoting sports culture as a style of life
Decision taken (recommendations):
The General Authority of Sports will review opinions and suggestions, and based on the analysis of the data, the best proposal will be selected and the initiative will be developed in the future.
Results of the office sports video evaluation
The number of participants in the questionnaire reached 68 participants, and a number of questions were presented during the questionnaire to measure the extent of satisfaction with the initiative, as the number of those satisfied with the content reached 36.76%. Regarding clarity of the idea, the highest percentage was very satisfied with 57.35% compared to 4.41% dissatisfied, in addition to In addition, 42.42% contributed to publishing the awareness video for others, compared to 57.58%. The video was not shared with colleagues or others. A number of recommendations were presented by the participants, most notably the video was circulated to all sports federations to place them on the media platforms of each federation in order to raise awareness. Work on this proposal and publish it to all sports federations, and it has been developed by some sports federations
