FAHR: Public satisfaction with the publications issued by the Authority

Subject:

Measuring the level of satisfaction of the authority’s customers, including federal government employees and the public, with the published publications issued by the Authority


Purpose of Consultation

Finding out the public’s opinion about the Authority’s publications and materials published on social networking sites and the website by launching a questionnaire that measures the satisfaction of employees, public and customers


Decision-Making

Developing new and innovative methods to develop the Authority’s publications and published materials, based on the customers’ needs and suggestions in the questionnaire, and working on updating the publications, based on the employees’ developmental and improvement proposals and visions




Outcome

After analyzing the results of the questionnaire that measures the level of satisfaction with the authority’s publications and the materials published in the year 2020, the participants ’development proposals and views were taken into account, which would help in developing the authority’s publications, as well as setting up a marketing mechanism and raising awareness of the published materials. The results were also examined and nearly 30 proposals and suggestions were received, which were taken into consideration, and then build on them in setting corrective measures and developing publications in line with the needs and aspirations of the reader.
