Purpose of Consultation:

Finding out the opinion of government employees about the discounts program for government employees “Imtiyazat”, discounts and promotions offered by the program in various sectors such as travel, tourism, health, auto, restaurants and hotels, by launching a questionnaire that measures employee satisfaction

Decision-Making:

Developing and updating the discounts program for government employees “Imtiyazat” based on the development and improvement suggestions and opinions of the beneficiary employees

Outcome

After analyzing the results of the questionnaire, which measures the level of employee satisfaction with the Discounts Program for Government employees “Imtiyazat” 2020, the participants ’development proposals and visions, which would help in developing the program for 2021, were taken into account, as well as in setting up a marketing mechanism and raising awareness of the program. The results were also examined and about 16 proposals were received, which were taken into consideration, and then build on them in setting corrective measures and developing plans and marketing campaigns for the Imtiyazat program.
