Minor payment service

                                                                         

As part of the Ministry of Justice's pursuit of the UAE's Vision 2021 towards Smart Government, a  Minor payment service has been launched on the Ministry's website : www.moj.gov.ae where the guardian can submit various payment requests through the Ministry 'swebsite without having to access customer happiness centers.

Objective advice

Smart Services aim to reduce the time and journey of customers to obtain payment request by logging on to the Ministry's website and submitting a  payment request for free of charge.

 

Expected decisionsdecisions

Based on the  questionnaire's results, the service will be developed such as: processing the most frequent observation of customers, simplifying procedures, speeding up the system and increasing the efficiency of loading attachments, or electronic connection with the current system to view the balances of the minor without any effort on the guardian to provide a bank statement.

The service was developed based on public opinion
