In line with the Federal
Transport Authority's efforts to provide the best services to its customers,
FTA regularly updates these services to drive in faster transactions on a
24-hour basis. The move also aims to increase awareness on the services,
including its processes, through various channels that reach out to large
segments of society.
Objectives
Through this
consultation, FTA aims to collect customer's opinions and suggestions on
providing insurance services in customer service , providing easy access and
speeding the provision of FTA services
Decision
FTA will study all
responses and suggestions to take a decision on providing insurance services
through customer happiness centers.
Outcome
FTA received 3 responses
to the survey. All respondents support the proposed provision to insurance
service through customer happiness centers
