Satisfaction on the Smart Patient Portal & App.
The Ministry of Health
and Prevention launched the Smart Patient Portal App through which the patient
will be able to register appointments electronically and have access to his/her
lab reports to follow up his records. The Ministry is keen on periodically
updating and developing the portal to meet customer needs and aspirations.
Through this
consultation, the MOHAP team aims to capture observations and opinions of the
audience & users about the application as well as to measure their response
towards using the application, & how it can be developed to serve them
better & guarantee their satisfaction & happiness.
The Ministry of Health and Prevention will keep capturing the observations and remarks of the audience, and forward them to the team concerned with the improvement and development of the application.
