Cabinet Resolution No. 18 of 2022 regarding the classification of private sector establishments/companies subject to the provisions of the Law Regulating Labour Relations (of the Regulation of Labour Relations Law) came into effect as of June 1, 2022. According to this, private establishments were classified into three categories, in line with the implementation of Cabinet Resolution No. (37) of 2022 regarding the amendment of some provisions of Cabinet Resolution No. (21) of 2020 related to service fees and administrative fines.
