• The Pensions Law equals men and women in all concessions and rights, but it expands the rights of women due to the multiple roles that women play in serving society, including that the Pensions Law granted the widow the right to combine her salary from work and her share in her husband's pension as well as between her personal pension And her share in the pension of her deceased husband.
• The law gives the woman the right to purchase ten years of legal service, while the man is granted the right to purchase 5 years, and the ten years give the woman an increase in her pension by 20%, while stressing that to purchase this period, the insured must have spent 20 years in the service, as The purchased period is not considered complementary to the period required for entitlement to the retirement pension, it is only for the purpose of improving the pension rate.
• The pension in the law is not inherited, and therefore the shares of those who are entitled are not distributed according to the provisions of the Sharia. Her two male brothers, when there is more than one widow in the pension, where her mother’s pension will be paid upon her death.
• The Pension Law stipulated that in the event of widowhood or divorce of a daughter after the death of the father or mother and she did not have a salary or pension, and she was not entitled to a share in the pension of her father or mother upon death, a share is created for her without prejudice to the shares of other beneficiaries, which is one of the cases in which he appears Generous pension law.
