Social solidarity is a principle stipulated by the state’s constitution when it stressed the importance of solidarity and care in society in Article (14), which states that “equality, social justice, security and reassurance, and equal opportunities for all citizens from the pillars of society and mutual support and compassion are a close link between them.” This sponsorship included many groups Such as widower, minor children, the disabled, the disabled, the elderly and others.

• The Pensions Law whose principles derived from the state’s constitution came to reinforce and support this principle of social solidarity by emphasizing providing insurance protection for the insured and their families against the risks to which the insured may be exposed while he is at the head of his work whether these risks are natural such as old age and natural death or not As normal as a disability or injury, and this care extends to the retired and their dependents.

• The Pensions Law gives the insured the right to a retirement pension upon exposure to a medical impediment that loses him the ability to work, and also provides those who are entitled to a share of the pension that will last until the exit of the last pensioner in it. Which highlights aspects of insurance in the law.

• Manifested in Symbiotic is evident in the Pension Law that a retirement pension may continue to be disbursed for long decades as long as there is one person entitled to the pension. For example, a girl does not leave the pension because of age, such as a boy, but continues to be pension unless a condition arises from one of the conditions of non-entitlement, Likewise, the pension may be re-disbursed or a share of it is suspended after it was discontinued if the entitlement status is renewed against any of the beneficiaries, for example the pension is re-disbursed to the girl if she is widowed and has no salary or pension.
