The UAE government attaches utmost attention to enhancing the quality of life for its citizens, where it adopts a comprehensive strategy focused on two key pillars: delivering excellence in service quality and streamlining access procedures in line with the National Strategy for Government Services. This Strategy aims to boost the country's competitiveness and realise its vision to become the world's best government in service, trust, and efficiency.
In this strategic direction, the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has recently launched the "Easy Payment Plan" (EPP) initiative, becoming the first federal government entity to simplify financial payment processes
The EPP initiative aims to foster a flexible and sustainable environment that efficiently meets customer needs by offering service fee installments through credit cards from eight local banks. It's part of the Ministry's ongoing efforts to create a seamless, positive experience in government financial transactions, integrating solutions that not only meet but exceed customer expectations
The Easy Payment Plan demonstrates the Ministry's commitment to improving customers' quality of life by enabling easier management of financial obligations. It will also support MoHAP's plans to adopt innovative and sustainable financial solutions that keep pace with technological advancements, meeting customer needs while fostering trust in government initiatives
