‘Wajib’ is a platform through which you can report confidentially, financial and administrative misconduct that happened in the UAE government entities. Examples of the types of incidents which could be reported include:
The UAE Mystery Shopper is an application through you as a customer of the UAE Government can rate their services, the performance of their entities, and the efficiency of their services.
You can use the application to evaluate and rate the various aspects of your experience of visiting a customer happiness centre. Parameters include location, parking facility, reception, waiting time, clarity of process, time taken to complete the service, service fees, payment method and employee courtesy.
The app is available in eight languages: Arabic, English, Urdu, Hindi, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, French and Russian.
