The UAE Marriage Fund (MF)
launched its new website which was
designed and developed according
to the latest international technolo-
gies. All sections on the website were
restructured, categorized and tabbed
to facilitate the browsing of the web-
site.

man of the Board of Director of the
Marriage Fund said on this occasion
that the new website was designed
and upgraded to be in line with the
federal government’s strategy to fa-
cilitate the government services and
offer them with the highest quality.
She stated that the new website will
allow its users to know all the servic-
es offered by the MF to its customers
and will include an archive of all the
MF’s achievements.
She pointed out that the website is
available in Arabic and English with
updated interactive additions and
apps in addition to many services
such as the request for marriage grant
service, “Muamalaty” (My Case) and
registration of mass weddings, reg-
istration in the Eddad (Preparation)
program, family e-guide and other
services that will render the website
more interactive and useful to cus-
tomers.
The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) provided the le
-
gal affairs department with an advanced electron-
ic system that helps document work procedures
making it easier to refer to them at anytime. It also
helps assess achievements across all divisions in
the department.

fairs Department and Legal Adviser at DHA,
pointed out the steps and measures included in
the system which pertains to delegating tasks to
the concerned employee, the steps to be taken
by the employee such as entering the measures,
documents and follow up dates. It also includes
the final decision and case referral to the head of
division for approval and closure.
Sulaiman explained that the new system has
many features enabling employees and officials
to search for information and access it quickly
and to know the period of time used to complete
a transaction at the level of the employee and ad-
ministration in general and to measure the rate of
transaction completion. He also highlighted the
importance of the system and its effective role in
administrative work development and organiza
-
tion, maintaining and documenting procedures
and documents with complete secrecy.

partment (MPDA) launched the first phase
of the smart real registration project on its
website and smartphones.

san al-Marzuqi, said that the project goals
are focused on developing 7 e-services for
customers which can be accessed on its of-
ficial website’s external portal
He indicated that two services will be de
-
veloped through smart applications on the
Apple and Android stores. He added that all
e-linking and e-registration phases of data
of owners, e-payment and geographic in-
formation systems (GIS) will be completed.

registration certificates, authenticate hous

ing contracts, consultation, investment and
labor contracts and cancel lease contracts.
The last phase of these smart applications
will take place in June 2014. The phase will
include ensuring the use of all these services
for all real estate establishments in Ajman.
