Dubai Electricity & Water Authority DEWA
exhibits Hassyan clean coal power plant
which is considered the first project in the
region. It depends on the latest international
technologies and the highest standards
approved in this area. In addition to DEWA
threeinitiatives: ShamsDubaiforconnecting
solar power to houses and buildings, Smart
Meters and Applications, andGreenCharger,
for constructing infrastructure and charging
stations for electrical vehicles.
Dubai General Secretariat of
Executive Council presents its
initiatives to disabled people
Dubai General Secretariat of Executive
Council dedicated a special platform for
disabled people to view the Secretariat
initiatives and to express their opinions
and ideas directly in order to improve them
as per the best international practices.
The platform gives the disabled visitors
an opportunity to enter and tour using
wheelchairs. Moreover, it provides audio
and video apparatus for different kind of
disabilities in addition to a specialized team
of sign language qualified and trained to
provide services of this category of visitors.
SDG provides innovative services
Wesam Al Abbas Lootah, CEO of Smart
Dubai Government SDG said that our stand
in the exhibition provides an opportunity
to the visitors from all categories to view
the knowledge and innovation-based
latest technologies and smart solutions and
applicationswhich is an implementation of
SDG strategy based on brining happiness
for all Dubai nationals, residents and
visitors.
SDG participates with a package of smart
services and applications in addition to
innovative initiatives. It further sheds
light on such initiatives in the exhibition
which includes customer experience lab,
unified platform for government services
(Dubai Now). It also exhibits Initiative of
Happiness Index.
