Program aspects of personal skills, national
awareness, health and safety, and crime
control.
The program lectures addressed the
introduction of current risks and perils
that might be resulted from passive usage
of internet and modern technologies. It
also defined the cyber crime forms and
preventionmethods andpresented for both
students and teachers the best practices to
combat such negatives in schools.
He explained that the program seeks in
partnership with the concerned authorities
and agencies to empower all students
to safely deal with internet and social
media channels in order to maintain both
personal and national security.
The program trained from the year
beginning more than 70 students, teachers
and parents and conducted more than 800
lectures and workshops distributed into
public and private schools and universities
nationwide. In addition to the digital
contents and interactive magazines.
He stressed that any UAE project wining of
any awards in WSIS Forum is a success for
all and a step to achieve the national vision
for leadership in all international and local
sectors.
WSIS Forum is the main international
congregation
held
annually
under
supervision
of
International
Telecommunication Union. It discusses
ICT role as a means for achieving the
sustainable development objectives. It
includes interactive activities focused
on communication and partnership in
innovative projects and experiences in ICT
area and digital content in order to create
interactive mechanism to coordinate
activities and exchange information and
best practices and to create knowledge and
