capable of performing smart work,

during Gitex 2013; and a long-term
track which aims to establish an
academy to support mGovernment

When will the program start?
The deadline given by His Highness
Sheikh Mohammed for transforming

between government entities and the
community.
The program will cover many aspects
of mGovernment services, including
developing apps capable of deliver-
ing government services, upgrading
existing eServices to be available on
mobile platforms as well as Mobile
apps design; Mobile apps quality as-
surance and protection.
Through the program we aim to instill
the concept and objectives of mGov-
ernment in the minds of federal and
local government employees. This is
in line with His Highness Sheikh Mo-
hammed’s vision that his initiative is
not aimed to serve customers, but to
bring happiness to them.
Service provision 24/7 necessitates
remarkable changes in the way
employees think to fit the new era;
smartness era which requires smart
employees who strive to bring happi-
ness to customers.
What are the focus points of the
program?
The program focuses on deliver-
ing simple and easy-to-use quality
services through mobile platforms,
while maintaining quality, flexibility
and sustainability of distinguished
eServices which is already a stellar
reputation of the UAE and the engine
of economic development.

definitely; it aims to enhance the
understanding of mGovernment
amongst people by clarifying their ex-

being the most active groups on so-
cial media platforms and the Nation’s
future technologists.
TRA’s project is aimed at develop-
ing the best practices that serve all
stakeholders through focusing on
quality and consistently identifying
the best mobile technologies to meet
the demands of the smart and active
UAE community.
How many people will benefit from
the training program?
