The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD)
published an article entitled “The art of mar-
ried life” on its twitter account @ADJD_Of-
ficial. The article was based on facts from
the family consulting sessions.
Conflicts in married life are natural as Con-
flict is the result of personality differences,
ADJD’s article said.
The article said that the secret behind a
successful married life lies in how good
spouses can manage and cope with their
conflicts.
ADJD clarified that married life is based on
sharing, flexibility and compromize from
both spouses. Family life is not a military
institution where commands are binding to
eveyone; but it envolves sharing, commu-
nication and discussion of all aspects of it.
Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) released infor-
mation on “As’hal” initiative (meaning “easier” in Arabic) on its
official page on Twitter “DEWA | Official Page @DEWA_Of-
ficial”. It is a group of smart kiosks that inform DEWA custom-
ers, mainly visitors to its customer service centers, about the
smart services it presents via its smart app.
Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD & CEO of DEWA, stated that
the launching of such an initiative comes as part of a com-
prehensive plan that aims at developing DEWA’s services to
reach all types and meet all the needs of its customers. The
plan also aims to improve the quality of DEWA’s distinctive
services through providing comfort & satisfaction and exceed-
ing expectations.
DEWA provides “As’hal” services from its headquarter in East
Zabeel, in addition to its branches in Al Wasl, Al Quoz, Al Hu-
daiba, UmmRamool and Burj Nahar; where DEWAemployees
provide detailed directions to the visitors of the smart kiosks.
Such directions include uploading the smart app, launching
the app account, and using it to pay monthly bills.
UAE’s MOH released on its page on Twit-
ter@ “ UAEMOH” a number of smart
services provided by its iOS and android
smart app. Such services include issuing
health cards through feeding the app with
required information. The app can also fa-
cilitate paying the fees via credit card or
when receiving it. Additionally, it provides
an MOE list of fixed priced drugs to help
people know the price prior to the pur-
chase process.
Another provided service is a directory
of doctors’ names, specialties and ser-
vices. It allows the public to inquire about
medical centers, doctors’ names, and their
contact numbers. Moreover, Google maps
app would guide people to locate govern-
mental health buildings, health private
sectors, and drug stores on duty. The app
also allows the public to share their ideas
and suggestions via SMS for criticism and
enhancement of health services.
