My moms' tourist visa expires on 12 Feb but she has to stay until 15 Feb. Will she be able to leave through the airport without paying as she is in the 10 grace period or will she be charged? Just need to know if she has to have cash on her when going through immigration.

Grace period exists, but it is better to check through concerned UAE entities because visa rules often change.
