Proactive Services Survey

Subject of Consultation:

The Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) are committed to providing proactive electronic services for students, graduates, and employees. The Student Service Development, in collaboration with the Alumni Department, has worked on a package of proactive services provided to graduates immediately upon completing their graduation requirements.


 The purpose of launching this survey is to measure the satisfaction of HCT graduates with the package of proactive services and gather developmental suggestions. The aim is to achieve complete satisfaction with the package of services for graduates.

e- Decision making:

The survey of graduates will be launched from January 2024 until April 2024, in conjunction with the end of the first semester of the 2023-2024 academic year. Subsequently, the HCT Communications Department will share the survey results and suggestions with relevant departments to improve services based on the survey outcomes.
