How do we face these challenges? In this article, the UAE Zakat Fund presents some projects that may contribute positively to preserving societies, reduce divorce rates and increase the life of married life, which, God willing, is based on a thick document on husbands and before them parents and governments pay attention to them and implant them in the nuclear small family to remain and last and graduate generations that depend The country should support it, make it stronger and continue its march towards a bright future, preserving its identity and from those projects; Spreading awareness of the negative effects on divorce and its impact on society through school curricula from the early to advanced stages and in various media outlets and focusing on their importance, opening rehabilitation centers for married couples before starting marriage to qualify those who are about to get married and be one of the conditions for the completion of the marriage process, spreading the culture of the importance of marriage and stability The family and its impact on the formation of the family and its psychological and material stability through the various media, establishing centers specialized in family reform before embarking on matters of separation, consolidating the values ​​and customs of the Emirati society in social cohesion and its impact on society, families and the individual and warning against individualism and stating its impact on the individual and society through The means of education and various media, strengthening the role of parents who have wisdom and vision in reform between spouses through the presence of legislation to ensure the implementation of this, Rehabilitation of family reform employees, separating them from the Ministry of Justice and the courts, and their attachment to the Ministry of Community Development and Community Departments in the UAE, reconsidering the privileges that the state gives to the class of divorced women, establishing an academy and rehabilitation centers for children and foster mothers for families separated due to divorce to qualify them for the next stage, and this will be undertaken by the Ministry of Community Development and departments Community development in the state whose role is to rehabilitate and follow up on children of broken families as a result of divorce, issuing a special custody legislation in which the role of parents in caring for their children is stipulated and obligated by the competent authorities and periodic follow-ups to implement this legislation and hold accountable those who are negligent.
