The legal profession is judicial contributes to the realization of the truth and illuminates the way before the judiciary. It is essential in the course of justice. The lawyer is an assistance to the judge who helps him in assigning the right to people, in the Ministry of Justice we are always keen to facilitate electronic judicial, legal and smart services, as well as logistical and technical services to all our clients, especially lawyers as strategic partners in the justice system.
The initiative of Sharjah House of Justice to open a business center for lawyers was at the appropriate time, which is a high-end initiative that helps to enhance the speed of communication between the court administration and the lawyers, especially in the presence of the comprehensive employee in the business center who link and reduce time and effort and shorten procedures, as well as contribute to overcoming the problems that may face lawyers during the course of the litigation process, to ensure more flexibility and speed in completing their transactions and in settling disputes before the courts.
We thank the lawyers for their constant cooperation and they will remain our strategic partners in achieving the rule of law and delivering rights to their owners, may God help us all to serve the right and the State so that the UAE remains a light to be emulated in justice.
