My happiness has been very great at the amount of interaction and resonance that the Government Skills Bank has achieved since its launch in 2018, which is the culmination of the great efforts made by the Authority's team over two years or more in order to make the initiative successful, whose idea is to identify and identify experts, skilled and competent government employees. The bank aims to enable Federal Ministries and Entities to benefit from experts, specialists and people with competencies in various fields and disciplines related to the work of the Federal entity, and to employ their capabilities in developing the institutional work system in the Federal Government, and to instill a culture of knowledge management in it

There is no doubt that the project is an incubator for specialists in the field in Ministries and Federal entities, where employees of Ministries and Federal entities can apply to join the Government Skills Bank network through the bank’s electronic portal, which allows the field to search for experts in various fields and specializations and to ask questions and inquiries to them, in addition to be used in transferring knowledge, training and consulting in their field of specialization
