A school principal is the leader in the field of science and knowledge; with his thoughts, he illuminates the paths of success for our children and by his hand glories are built for the future of homelands and the progress of nations. It is he who sows and waters the seed of hope with love and compassion to enable the nation to have generations armed with knowledge, culture and diverse skills. Let us ask scientists, experts, doctors, engineers and astronauts who the credit should go to for what they are now. The school as well as its principal and teachers are the

first line of all inspiring success stories.

A school principal is the main driver of the educational process in the educational field. He performs his administrative duties of following up teachers and students and plays his social role through his communication with parents. At the educational level, he is the example to follow in inculcating positive values and providing programs and activities that support students and develop their skills, not to mention his role in following up their results and making plans to improve their performance.

In addition, it is he who has the key to positivity in his surroundings because his high motivation and positive spirit will reflect on his school and that is why we say that behind every distinguished school there is a creative principal.

I still remember what a man accompanying his children did when he saw his school principal in a market. He shouted loudly: thanks to this principal, I became an engineer in the largest companies in the country. I was a lazy student and reached a point where I thought about leaving school, but his advice and words changed my life when he said to me: “Son, the homeland needs your efforts, so do not disappoint us.” Those words sparked my enthusiasm and strengthened my resolve and in front of everyone he kissed the head of the school principal in a great gesture to all the attendees signifying that no matter how prestigious the post we take up, we remain indebted to Allah and those who were behind what we have reached.

It is a positive school principal who creates an environment of happiness in his school, develops his personal skills, shares developmental suggestions and ideas and has the ability to overcome all the challenges that face him. This is because management is an art that needs intelligence, will and patience. You are the source of strength of all those around you, so remember that behind every distinguished school is a creative principal.

Heart to heart

A school principal will remain a symbol for all generations. Whoever leaves an imprint in his surroundings and school will not be forgotten by anyone. We were, still are and will always be proud of anyone who manages the edifices of knowledge. Whenever we see him, we will point to him and say: ‘our principal when we were young.’

In our lifetime we come across many managers, but our love to our school principal will remain forever because he was the manager of our hearts and minds.
