In line with the efforts made by the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) to overcome the challenge of enhancing the technical skills of Federal Government employees, so as to keep abreast of technological change, we recently launched a new initiative to measure the Digital Fitness for Federal Government employees and to assess their digital and technological capabilities and skills Free, via the smart Digital Fitness App DFA, in cooperation with Price Waterhouse Coopers - PwC

The "Digital Fitness" initiative comes within the framework of the authority's efforts to help Federal Government employees develop their abilities and cognitive skills, help them learn their digital level, and prepare for a better digital and technological world

The DFA app provides the ability to assess users' Digital Fitness, understand their current digital capabilities, and develop these capabilities through a learning path dedicated to updateable and growing digital content, by helping them re-evaluate their digital capabilities week after week

And the number of educational materials in the application to 300 educational materials, consisting of multiple digital categories, help employees to enhance their knowledge of the topics that constitute their cognitive skills

It is very important for Federal Government employees to take advantage of the benefits provided by the "Digital Fitness" application, which is available on online stores, to constitute a major catalyst in the Federal Government's digital transformation journey, which will help us all to stay connected to the changing world in which we currently live
