The UAE has been proactive in supporting People of Determination under the leadership of H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, and in response to the directives of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces.

This new card is designed to provide pioneering services to People of Determination, who represent a precious and cherished category of our society. It embodies national efforts to upgrade services provided to them, provide them with the necessary resources to overcome potential challenges and allow them to play their part in the UAE’s progress.10 thousand Fazaa e-Cards linked with ZHO cards for People of Determination will be offered to beneficiaries. They can use the card without having to carry the other card, especially when both cards are linked with ZHO/Fazaa smart app. Applying for the cards will be available online as of today.”
