The year of preparing for the 50th is an opportunity to showcase the UAE's inspiring experience to the world, highlight the achievements of the past 50 years, and the UAE government is the government of excellence and leadership. Here we are in 2020 looking forward to dazzling the world with our success story. We are preparing to be at the forefront of nations to tell the story of the success founded by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, May God Bless His Soul, and marched on his path by His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Head of UAE, May God Bless Him, and who also marched his way to the present and the future, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Deputy Prime Minister, Ruler of Dubai,  May God Bless Him. 

I am proud of all the achievements we have achieved together over the past years that would have been achieved only by your sincere efforts and the presence of responsible leaders who have accepted the challenges and overcome the difficulties. I say to each and every leader and his team, you are the ones who make the difference, when you sense the greatness of your responsibilities and realize your national goals that you are working for. We want to create a community of employees who have the qualities to prepare for the 50, and that each employee has the responsibility to give and have a continuous entrepreneurial spirit. We want an employee who acts positively in all circumstances and we must create positive societies within our institutions, that are confident and believe that they are going to make the difference. 

Therefore, all employees must renew their interest in giving and creativity in work. The responsibility is greater today than before, as the society expects us to be the best and the world expects us to provide an inspiring model for the leading government, and we need teams working collaboratively.

As we prepare for the next 50 years, we will be more active, more positive and ready for new challenges and high peaks to inspire the world with our experience.
