In the circumstances related to the new Corona virus "Covid 19", we should benefit from the idea of ​​"remote work", where studies have shown that the productivity of most employees globally equals only a third of the work time, and the other time is for other things not related to productivity.


Remote work requires training and clear policies, so that there are certificates proving the employee's ability to work remotely, and we must choose the appropriate jobs that can be applied to them, and we must take into account the employee's suitability for that ».


- There must be controls and standards applied to remote workers, the most important of which is the level of employee productivity during the past years, and its comparison with his productivity after working remotely, and that it is among the employees who have spent appropriate years of experience qualifying them to accomplish job tasks without the need to attend the workplace


- There is a need to govern the matter and frame it in a way that leads to the right and desired results. And there must be a license similar to a license to practice a profession or a driver, which allows its holder to work remotely, as it can be working remotely for several days a week or monthly, and it is not always only within very narrow limits, and according to criteria and conditions that suit that.


There is a need to define job grades and jobs that a person can work remotely in every government agency, and among the most important jobs to which remote work can be applied are legal and IT and technology jobs.
