The ‘National Program for Coders’ aims to foster the growth of the UAE’s digital economy by designing a number of national initiatives for developing talents, expertise and innovative projects in coding. It seeks to attract and train 100,000 coders, establish 1,000 digital companies within 5 years and increase investment in start-ups from AED 1.5 billion to AED 4 billion.

The programme will grant Golden visas to 100,000 of the world’s best coders. It will provide a range of financing options to entrepreneurs and coders and support the implementation of their innovative projects and ideas.
