Remarks came as Sheikh Mohammed
bin Rashid launched the UAE Govern-
ment YouTube channel.
“We want to take our services to people
before they come to us. We want to cut
down distances and save time in all the
services we provide for both Emiratis and
residents,” said Sheikh Mohammed.
He stressed that the YouTube channel
will play an important role in the easy ac-
cess of services. “The channel will serve
as a point of reference for the people so
they can acquaint themselves with ser-
vices provided. It will also help govern-
ment agencies to enhance the efficiency
of their services and give citizens and
expatriates easy access to them” Sheikh
Mohammed underscored.
The initiative of launching UAE Govern-
ment YouTube Channel, the first official
platform of its kind on YouTube to offer
explanation of the services offered by the
UAE federal government to Emiratis and
expatriates, underlines the wise leader-
ship’s efforts to employ state-of-the-art
communication technologies for govern-
ment work.
