The competent committee of the
supervision on Emirate Innovation
week in Sharjah has chosen Expo Centre
Sharjah to organize the events of the
week, referring that the focus will be on all
the events in general, and the social and
cultural in particular.
The committee has valued the efforts of
the different institutions and government
and educational authorities and continues
its preparation so that the celebrations
are in line with United Arab Emirates
encouragement in general, and Sharjah
in particular in the domain of innovation
and different new ideas to support and
develop the services in different sectors.
The committee pointed that Emirate
Innovation Week will include many
outstanding initiatives, in addition to the
exhibitions, seminars and workshops,
the scientific discussions about the
new inventions, their advantages and
importance. The events will open for the
public participation.
The committee referred in its meeting
to the great efforts exerted by the
different institutions and government
and educational authorities and the
private sector companies to participate
in presenting innovations that serve the
development of all the services, sectors
and public practices which in its turn will
contribute in the services and community
development.
The committee confirmed that the great
correspondence and preparations since
last week reflect Sharjah adoption of
innovation as an integrated method
sought by all the sectors.
The committee pointed that the students’
inventions in the educational sector will
be under focus in the campus exhibitions,
encouraging more students to invent and
providing inventions through applicable
forms of their distinguished researches.
Expo Centre Sharjah
is the headquarter of the innovation week
