Eng. Tariq Al Hawi, Director of UAE Computer Emergency Re�
sponse Team (aeCERT) and a member of mGovernment Trans�
formation Committee, says that the Authority, represented by the
Response Team, seeks to provide a breach-free e-environment. It
asserts that the e-services offered by aeCERT help government
entities in protecting the infrastructure of organizations and their
e-security and detecting breaches and security review. In his in�
terview with mGovernment magazine, Al Hawi indicated that they
are currently seeking to build a central laboratory with the aim to
assess and authenticate smart applications used for smart gov�
ernment services. He added that an e-store for the smart govern�
ment will be launched to include all its applications. Below are
