Two federal entities are responsible for human resources' development and job regulations at the federal level. While Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) regulates jobs and employment in the private sector, Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) regulates employment in federal government entities.
