His Highness Lieutenant General Sheikh
Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan stressed on
the importance of proposing innovative
solutions for the challenges we encounter.

His Highness referred that UAE Government
is moving towards accomplishing the goals
of the National Agenda set by His Highness
SheikhMohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum,
and achieving the goal of celebrating the
last petrol Gallon as defined by His Highness
Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan,
Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy
SupremeCommander of UAEArmed Forces.
His Highness said: ‘the growth of the
productivity levels is considered a major
element of the sustainable economic growth
and the country prosperity referring that
‘Smart Buildability’ works on increasing
the productivity levels in the construction
sector by directing it towards the adaptation
of the latest
techniques,
which
in
its
turn will provide
investment chances in
the modern construction
techniques and the national
factories, and increasing the
demand of professional labor
which will create chances for quality
nationalization in the construction and
industrial sectors.

of the indicator by the municipalities of UAE
and adopting it is evidence on our integrated
belief in UAE and its united stable steps
towards the future, in an execution of the
Country’s plans headed by His Highness
Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan,

Initiatives to improve productivity
The launching of the indicator comes within
the national program initiatives to improve
the productivity in the Federal Demographic
Council in accordance with the instructions
of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin
Rashid Al Maktoum to accelerate the
achievement of the National Agenda of
UAE Vision 2021. The indicator aims at
setting standardized criteria in designing the
buildings
that
encourage
the
use
of
the
modern
construction
methods like three
dimensions
printing,
the use of metal structures,
the pre- constructed pillars
and walls, the installation that
depends on the pre- manufacturing
in modern local factories and then the
assembling in the construction site by
using the minimum number of labor and
