Accelerated Mobile Pages AMP officially launched
by Google Inc based on a series of google
AMPCache in order to accelerate pages download
when the user touches any link used Google standards.
The publishers and websites owners need to use
and include the project framework into their pages
using tags similar to those used in HTML in order to
enable Google –search engine subsequently read tags
and archive pages in better ways in order to make
browsing much easier and faster than before and less
consumption of device resources and internet bundles.
Beside AMP term in google search results flash icon
appeared that indicates the website uses Google AMP
standards therefore page download takes only one or
two seconds.
Accelerated Mobile Pages AMP is an official response
of Google Inc to Instant Articles project that is officially
launched by Facebook before few days that allows
publishers to include some bookstores and makes
visiting pages into Facebook application much easier
and faster. Subsequently, it saves effort and time in
addition to reduction of internet bundle at browsing
via smart devices.
Facebook announced that it will open up Instant Articles for all publishers on
April 12 and the firmexplained that it will allow Instant Articles for all publishers
all over the world immediately after Facebook Developers Conference F8 to be held
on April 12.
It also added that until that date, we work with a few hundreds of news websites
owners at an international level to provide a faster exciting reading experience to
this site users while we received feedback and in parallel we worked to improve this
feature we innovated tools that enable provision of instant articles widely.
It added that our goal is to design this feature to solve certain problems such as slow
download, which create difficulties to users who read news on their mobile phones.
This problem affects the publishers of different sizes and users who suffer from
their e-network communication. Therefore, our goal has been from the beginning
to provide instant articles to all news websites owners.
Moreover, Facebook launched a new update to its apps in smart devices that
provides live video streaming for all users all over the world. Although the feature is
embedded in the new update but it will be gradually accessed as reported by social
media channel users.
The user can transmit live video through touch on a status update bar so live
streaming icon appears with option to write a title before streaming for all friends
and followers and then, social media channel will transmit the video clip in full in
the user account in order to enable the rest to view at a later time.
Beside a live streaming button, the users will notice a new button allows them to
subscribe in any friend account in order to receive alert when live video streaming
begins.
