ness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid
Al Maktoum through his Twitter
account when he announced the
mGovernment initiative. “Today, we
launched the ‘m-Government’ project
with the goal of providing all servic-
es via smartphones.” His Highness
tweeted.
Through mGovernment, we aim to
reach people instead of them reach-
ing us. Through their smartphones
we can make their lives easier. Our
deadline for the mGovernment pro-
ject is 2 years. We will never tolerate
any failure in achieving this goal.” His
Highness added.

to achieve it.
In order to keep up with development, we must have young
