The Authority will update FAHR Smart App, to provide better and easier services to its customers. To do this, it seeks to determine the level of satisfaction of users of the Authority's smart application with regard to the ease of access to information and electronic services provided through it, in addition to listening to their opinions and suggestions regarding improving their experience.

The Authority aims to know the opinions and impressions of users and evaluate their practical experience with the application. In order to improve and facilitate this experience, in terms of use, features and services, by involving the public in the process of development and improvement in services.
