Mobile numberThe Ministry of Community Development is keen to promote the awareness of the community members about the Donations Regulatory Law that was launched last year. The purpose of this consultation is to capture the public's feedback on the mechanisms of the Donations law and to ensure the public is aware of the authorized donations' entities and the imposed penalties in case of organizing or carrying out any act for the purpose of collecting donations without permission.

The objective of this consultation is to capture the public's feedback and capture the extent to which the public is aware of the authorized donations' entities and the extent to which community members are aware of the imposed penalties in case of organizing or carrying out any act for the purpose of collecting donations without permission.
Based on the inputs received from the public, the Ministry of Community Development has reviewed the feedback in details and has implemented a new plan to tackle the public's challenges. The plan consists of increasing the public's awarness on the new Donations law, its componenets, and related penalities. This will support the public in better complying with the law and avoiding any penalities.
The Ministry will continue to monitor the satisfaction and awareneess levels of the public related to this topic, in order to ensure the
best compliance levels.
