Identifying the users' satisfaction with the MOHAP website and smart application, and the ease of access to the MoHAP information and E-services through them, and listening to their suggestions to improve the user experience, within the framework of its strategy aimed at providing the best smart services for customers happiness.

Objective

Through this consultation, the Ministry aims to measure the users' impressions of the website and smart application to improve the UX by involving the public in the process.


Outcome

  • Reduce the number of service steps to improve user experience.
  • Add more improvements to the Ministry's website and Smart App.
  • Update service user guides and provide explanatory videos for obtaining the service.
