The Federal Authority
for Government Human Resources launched Hayat Project to provide psychological
and moral support to employees of the Federal Government, with the aim of
enhancing their mental health at the hands of a group of specialists and
consultants and raising efficiency and productivity by reducing work and life
challenges, given the exceptional circumstances the world is going through, and
what may result from psychological and social pressures and challenges.
Purpose of Consultation:
Through the questionnaire, the Authority seeks to
develop the program to help the largest number of federal government employees
to benefit from the program.
The Authority will
measure the level of interaction with the project to stand on employee views
and proposals, to enhance strengths, address weaknesses, and even put
corrective measures into any gaps, thereby increasing their level of
satisfaction and happiness with the program.
Survey Results with Corrective Actions:
the results of the questionnaire that measures the Public Satisfaction Survey
for the Psychological & Moral Support program for Federal Government
Employees (Hayat) 2022, the suggestions and views of the public were taken,
which would help in developing the initiative, as well as in developing a
marketing mechanism and raising the level of awareness of the initiative and
services provided through it. The results were also identified and
approximately 30 observations were received, which were taken into
consideration, and then built upon in the development of corrective measures in
line with the needs and aspirations of customers.
