A questionnaire will be launched to measure the satisfaction of the Authority's customers, including federal government employees and the public, with the publications published and issued by the Authority.
Purpose of Consultation:
Standing on the public's opinion about the Authority's publications and materials published on social media, website and electronic publications by launching a questionnaire that measures the extent of public and customer satisfaction and what their development feedbacks.
Decision-Making:
The authority will monitor the most prominent proposals and develop new methods for developing the authority's publications and published materials, based on the development and improvement comments and feedbacks of the employees, and work to update the publications to reach all target groups and meet their expectations.
Results:
After analyzing the results of the questionnaire that measures the level of satisfaction with the authority's publications and the materials published in the year 2022, the participants 'development proposals and views were taken into account, which would help in developing the authority's publications, as well as setting up a marketing mechanism and raising awareness of the published materials. The results were also examined and nearly 30 proposals and suggestions were received, which were taken into consideration, and then build on them in setting corrective measures and developing publications in line with the needs and aspirations of the reader.
