In the context of increasing students' awareness of the importance of working in the private sector, the Tawteen Talks Initiative has been designed. It presents the success stories of a number of inspiring young people in various economic sectors. Tawteen Talks mainly targets: (school students, university students job seekers, career academic advisors/professionals, and parents). Tawteen Talks seeks to raise awareness and empowerment of students and job seekers of the importance of working in the private sector. In addition to increase awareness of the skills and future professions in the private sector and the available privileges, and the importance of career planning in the economic sectors and occupations targeted for Emiratization.

To ensure continuity of the initiative under the Corona pandemic, the initiative has been implemented virtually taking into consideration the new developments in the labour market and attracting diverse segments of society and in order to empower the principle of transparency all sessions are posted on social media sites (YouTube-Instagram) and the sessions are managed through the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization focusing on the live interactive aspect (questions and answers) between the audience and the speaker

This advice aims to monitor opinions and suggestions in order to develop and improve the mechanisms and policies of the Tawteen Talks Initiative and to provide the best services to locals.
