the entity spread awareness through multiple channels to instruct about the
procedures need to follow

The General Authority of
sports will review all opinions and suggestions, and based on the analytical
results, will work on developmental procedures
Outcome
The survey conducted to measure the level of awareness of
the authority services, based on the
results of the survey. The majority of participants are familiar with the etinity
services, in addition to that, 75% prefer sending awareness materials through
via e-mail, compared to 25% who prefer
social media platforms to obtain information about the authority's services. Based
on the recommendation, the marketing plan was modified and awareness materials will
send to customers through via e-mail.
