FAHR: Public satisfaction with the HR Club sessions

The Human Resources Club is one of the initiatives emanating from the strategic plan of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, which aims to enhance the capabilities and productivity of the workforce in the federal government, as the club provides an interactive platform for exchanging experiences, best practices, and building relationships between human resource specialists from various sectors ( Federal government sector, local government and private sector)

Purpose of Consultation

The authority seeks to find out the views of the development club members, so that it is an appropriate environment for the exchange of experiences and expertise between managers, specialists, experts, researchers and those interested in developing the human resources in the United Arab Emirates, exchanging views and discussing challenges and solutions to common human resources issues

Decision Making

The authority measured the level of interaction with the sessions of the Human Resources Club and assess the views and suggestions of the customers and the club’s members, in order to enhance the strengths, and to establish corrective measures for the gaps, to raise their level of satisfaction and happiness with the initiative

Outcome

After analyzing the results of the questionnaire, which measures the level of public satisfaction with the Virtual Sessions of the Human Resources Club 2020, the proposals and visions of the development club members (nearly 20 proposals) were taken into consideration, and they were taken into consideration to enhance the strengths, and corrective measures for the gaps were developed to raise their level of satisfaction and happiness with the initiative .
