The remarkable success achieved by the United Arab Emirates in global leadership throughout 50 years only, goes back to the society's 100% investment equally divided between men and women. With this strength, the UAE sustainable development beginning early at the first year of the UAE's federation in 1971, the leadership began supporting women ambitions through UAE constitution, human resources law, labor law and other regulations. When the UAE launched a space exploration program, it announced national policies for both family and senior citizens, adopted standards to measure family cohesion and community coherence, and promoted individual happiness and wellbeing of families and the community. Here the role of the Ministry of Community Development has been developed over the past few years has developed through announcing important national policies which promote the role of women being the cornerstone of the family and as the pillar of family, social and even economic development.
