His Excellency Abdulrahman Mohammed Al
Nuaimi, Director General of the Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman,
said that the Department believes that public is the fundamental pillar of any
desired change and improvement. Any success we look forward to starts from the
happiness of its customers and therefore tries to satisfy them and provide all
facilitation and intensifies its efforts relying on its in-house qualified
personnel who works on launching and constantly developing smart applications
to ensure the customer avails of all services easily and expeditiously.
He
added that the Department aims to know the customers’ opinions and adopt their
insights and constructive suggestions which will help develop its applications,
including the smart application of the Department. They are the goal and target.
His
Excellency indicated that the work teams organizes regular meetings bringing
together the Department and its customers to share their opinions on
applications, in terms of friendly-use, customer journey through it, features
and improvements they want to see in addition to services they want them to be
added to the application, with a view to engaging them in the constant
improvement. “Several opinions and suggestions of customers are b taken into
account, and the best will be applied soon”
he added.
