In alignment with the objectives of the National Strategy for Industry and Advanced Technology (Operation 300 Bn), which supports establishing the United Arab Emirates as a global hub attracting sustainable industrial and technology investments, the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology, MoIAT has developed an integrated system for the infrastructure of quality control and product oversight in markets. 

This approach enhances the quality and competitiveness of products in both local and international markets, boosts opportunities for manufacturers to invest and grow, and strengthens the prospects for suppliers to access new global markets with Emirati products. 

In addition to these efforts, the Ministry focuses on protecting consumers by empowering them with access to accurate information about consumer products across all markets in the country, through the "Manaa' Federal System," which provides a mechanism for sharing information and overseeing consumer products across all markets directly by the consumers themselves. 

The Federal System enables consumers to notify relevant regulatory authorities about any unsafe products, those withdrawn from markets, and in which emirate, as well as report incidents resulting from the use of products non-compliant with Emirati standard specifications, serving as a single reference that provides all this information, contributing to the advancement of quality, efficiency, and competitiveness concepts, and enabling consumers to make informed purchasing choices for products. 

Moreover, "Manaa" offers an integrated mechanism that brings together all stakeholders-government entities, manufacturers, suppliers, and consumers-with the aim of applying the best global quality practices, reinforcing the Ministry's commitment to supporting sustainable industrial growth, providing a trusted consumption environment, and raising consumer awareness about the importance of choosing products bearing the Emirates conformity marks (EQM), which go beyond mere labels to represent a commitment to the best national and international practices in production, transportation, storage, and product display. 

Quality control and market surveys serve as a safety valve for the industrial sector, ensuring efficiency and compliance in production and supply processes. This system is managed by the Standardization Sector within the Ministry through the Emirati Conformity Assessment Program (ECAS), which guarantees the preservation of the good reputation of Emirati products both locally and internationally. 

The Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology believes in the capability of the Emirati quality infrastructure system to support sustainability in the industrial sector, reflecting the UAE's leadership in this system and the Ministry's commitment to best practices, which removes technical barriers to product trade and enhances the UAE's position as a trusted global investment destination. 

Through the "Manaa' Federal System, the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology affirms that quality is not merely a slogan but a deeply rooted management approach, reflecting the UAE's ambition for growth and international competitiveness, and harnessing all resources to build a sustainable economy based on quality and excellence.
