Students’ admission
Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MoHESR) offers a National Unified Registration System, which enables Emirati students and children of Emirati women to apply online for admission to higher education institutions, locally and abroad. Available options include:
- UAE-based public and private higher education institutions
- MoHESR’s National Scholarship Programme to Study Abroad.

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research offers the University Qualifications Recognition service to verify qualifications issued from accredited higher education institutions outside the UAE, ensuring compliance with national and international academic standards. The recognition report serves as an official document for employment, further studies, visas and government services in the UAE.
The Ministry also offers Recognition for Qualifications issued by licensed and Ministry-accredited UAE-based higher education institutions.
