Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) grants the National Marks for Conformity. This licence certifies that products and establishments comply with the requirements specified in eco-label regulations and related legislation. It covers several marks, including the Emirates Quality Mark, the National Halal Mark, the Eco-label and the Made in the UAE mark.
MoIAT grants this recognition to bodies that are technically competent to perform the specific tasks described in the accreditation scope document. Accreditation services are provided in the following programmes:
This certificate allows eligible entities to practice conformity assessment activities after meeting a set of technical requirements.
Federal Tax Authority (FTA) issues Tax Residency Certificates allowing applicants to benefit from Double Taxation Agreements (DTAs) signed with other countries.
FTA also provides International Form stamping, to confirm tax residency status based on equivalent forms issued by other jurisdictions.

FTA issues the following:
a. VAT Registration Certificate
b. Excise registration Certificate
c. Warehouse keeper Certificate.
FTA also issues Clearance certificate, which is an electronic certificate issued for business to proof that they don’t have any pending liabilities towards FTA.
Ministry of Economy and Toursim issues a detailed Certificate of Origin to serve as a proof of origin for exporting national products.
Municipalities in the respective emirates issue building completion certificate to construction companies after the building has been completed as per the relevant laws, regulations and procedures.
