The ‘Rules as Code’ platform utilises digital solutions and coding techniques to develop laws and legislations, and enhance the legislative ecosystem. The platform will make the laws accessible in digitally readable electronic format, enabling individuals to review, understand and leverage them in their businesses.
The platform is developed by Ministry of Finance, in collaboration with the Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications Office, Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Government Innovation and OpenFisca, a free and open-source engine to write rules as code.
